Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Fortitude Dev LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), doing business as Appsli, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Appsli websites, applications, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

Appsli is an agency directory and matching platform that helps buyers discover agencies and helps agencies manage listings and project leads. The legal entity responsible for the Service is Fortitude Dev LLC.

Contact: info@mail.appsli.com or our contact page.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in the following categories:

  • Account information. Name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), and authentication-related data when you sign up, claim an agency, or sign in.
  • Contact and support. Information you submit via contact forms, support requests, or email.
  • Organization and listing data. Agency name, profile content, logos and media, services, locations, contact details for the listing, and similar information you provide for a public or claimed profile.
  • Project and lead data. Project briefs, budgets, timelines, category preferences, and contact details submitted through Get Matched or quote flows, plus agency responses in the lead portal.
  • Billing information. If you purchase a subscription or other paid feature, we (or our payment processor) collect payment and billing details needed to process the transaction. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers when a processor handles checkout.
  • Usage and device data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and approximate timestamps, plus analytics events that help us understand how the Service is used.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies used for session management, security, preferences, and analytics. See Section 6.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Operate matching and lead delivery, including notifying agencies about relevant project inquiries.
  • Create and manage accounts, listings, and authentication.
  • Process payments, subscriptions, trials, and related billing.
  • Communicate with you about the Service, including transactional emails (for example verification codes, project links, and lead notices).
  • Respond to inquiries and provide support.
  • Monitor for abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect the security of the Service.
  • Analyze usage to improve product performance and content (for example which pages are helpful).
  • Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

4. How we share information

We may share information as follows:

  • With agencies (leads). When you submit a project or matching request, we may share relevant project and contact details with agencies selected for that inquiry so they can respond.
  • Public listings. Information you include on an agency profile (such as name, description, services, and public contact details) may be visible to visitors of the Service.
  • Service providers. We use vendors who process data on our behalf to host and operate the Service. Depending on configuration, these may include Vercel (hosting, analytics, and file storage), Neon (database), Resend (transactional email), and authentication or payment processors we engage for accounts and billing. These providers are authorized to use personal information only as needed to perform services for us.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe it is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Appsli, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising except as disclosed here or with your direction.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type (for example account records versus short-lived verification codes). When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where practicable.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Service, and understand usage. We use Vercel Analytics to collect aggregated or pseudonymous usage metrics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may limit account or preference features.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails where we send them (transactional messages related to your account or leads may still be sent).

To exercise privacy rights, email info@mail.appsli.com. We may need to verify your request before responding. You may also update some account or listing information directly in the Service.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information (including hashed passwords and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. International visitors

We are based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice when appropriate.
