Terms of Service

1. The Service

Appsli is an agency discovery and matching platform. Depending on your role, the Service may include:

• Browsing and comparing agency listings and related content (guides, articles, resource hubs, and “best of” lists).
• Submitting project details through Get Matched or similar flows so we can help connect you with agencies.
• Agency accounts to claim or create listings, manage profile information, and access a lead portal for project inquiries.
• Optional paid subscriptions, trials, featured placements, or other paid features we may offer from time to time.

Appsli is a marketplace and information directory. We do not employ the agencies listed, do not guarantee that any agency will accept your project, and are not a party to contracts between buyers and agencies unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use account-based features. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must notify us promptly of unauthorized use of your account. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear fraudulent or abusive.

If you create or claim an agency listing, you represent that you are authorized to act for that agency and that the profile content you submit is accurate and lawful.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription or one-time fee. If you purchase a paid plan:

• Fees, billing intervals, and included features will be shown at checkout or in your account.
• Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel according to the cancellation instructions we provide.
• Trials, if offered, convert to paid plans at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• You authorize us (and any payment processor we use) to charge the payment method you provide for applicable fees and taxes.
• Except where required by law or where we state otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

We may change pricing or plan features with notice as required by law. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing for subsequent billing periods.

4. Lead capture and matching

When you submit a project or contact request, you authorize us to use the information you provide to operate matching, notify relevant agencies, and facilitate introductions. Agencies that receive leads through the Service may contact you about your request. You are responsible for evaluating agencies and for any agreements you enter with them.

Agencies using the lead portal agree to use lead information only to respond to the relevant inquiry in a professional manner, and not to sell, spam, or misuse contact details. We do not guarantee lead volume, quality, or conversion.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest the Service in a way that overloads or circumvents access controls, except as allowed by robots.txt or our written permission.
• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content, including fake agency profiles or reviews.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; interfere with the Service; or introduce malware.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages unrelated to a legitimate project inquiry.
• Reverse engineer or copy non-public parts of the Service except where applicable law prohibits this restriction.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, software, and original content, is owned by Fortitude Dev LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purposes under these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as agency profile text, logos, and project briefs). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Service. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license.

7. Third-party services and links

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites and providers (for example hosting, analytics, email delivery, authentication, databases, file storage, and payment processors). Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that listings, rankings, matches, or other content are complete, accurate, or current, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Agency profiles and related materials may be submitted by third parties. You are solely responsible for verifying information before entering any engagement.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORTITUDE DEV LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fortitude Dev LLC and its personnel from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your dealings with other users or agencies, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or cancel accounts if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive termination.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice when appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where prohibited by law, you agree that courts located in Massachusetts will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific features, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on that subject.
